The following are our self-pay prices per session, depending on the services provided:

Assessments - $218

Individual 45-minute session - $138

Individual 60-minute session - $188

Couples or Family Therapy - $188

Group Therapy - $65

Out of pocket fees when utilizing insurance will range depending on insurance. The client is responsible for calling his or her insurance company to check mental health benefits and to determine if the therapist will be covered. Clients are responsible for any insurance co-pays and/or deductibles at the time of service, and any amount not covered by insurance. Please contact one of our staff if you have questions about this process.

Iowa Medicaid (Amerigroup/Wellpoint, Iowa Total Care, Molina)

EAP Benefits accepted from: Employee and Family Resources; and Connections, Inc.

If you would like to utilize insurance benefits with a plan we are not in-network with, our Administrative Assistant will be able to connect you with our Billing Manager to discuss options.
