SERVICES
COUPLES and FAMILIES
Engaged couples receive a strengths-based assessment to prepare them for the realities of married life. Married couples benefit from having a therapist teach effective communication skills.

Family therapy is offered to all types of family groups to help identify family patterns, improve communication, and resolve conflict.
​
Additionally, Attachment based interventions are helpful for individual, couples as well as families.

GROUP
Group settings involve 5 or more individuals with shared goals learning skills and receiving support from one another. (Groups offered during various months - not ongoing) as determined by need. Please ask your counselor/therapist if you are interested in group.
This could include addictions, anxiety, grief, weight-loss, and emotion-regulation skills.
